- Never let your employees know you need them, because you could probably do a better job yourself.
- If your employees do not fear you, then you are doing it wrong
- MICRO-MANAGE
- Insult Frequently, especially in a group setting
- Take credit whenever possible for the achievements of others
- Use the element of surprise; not the surprise of a raise, but the surprise of an unexpected explosion
- Never congratulate
- Doubt frequently
- Make unrealistic demands frequently
- Start a project, wait until the victim is 90% completed before you cancel it on them. Once again lowering self worth.
You guys suck
Thank you! Clearly we struck a nerve (I am guessing you fit the profile of a bad manager, congrats!)
