Every single one of the ideas on this site are only going to create poor morale, terrible productivity (if any at all), and high turnover.
Anyone using this &quot;management style&quot; has to be working with minimum wage employees.  There is no possible way that you value ANY of your employees if you are using this style.  Even the employees that you value are going to take offense to you mistreating someone else.
